Los pibes de la 21 - 24

 

When the 2001 financial crisis erupted, "Paco" ,the "drug of the poor" derived from cocaine waste,

beganto spread in Argentina. 

The Paco Demon destroys the lives of many "pibes" in the "villas" (slums) that often begin to use it since childhood, finding themselves living on the streets.

The Niños de Belen center of Buenos Aires, situated in the Villa 21-24, is part of the Hogar de Cristo San Alberto Hurtado organisation that through its volunteers assists the boys from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., giving them food, help and first medical assistance.
